I grew up in Norwich and moved to Easton in 2024. My professional journey began at college, where I completed a Level 3 T Level in Business & Finance. During this time, I also worked part-time at my local Tesco. Balancing study and work was challenging, but it taught me resilience and time management and I finished with a strong qualification behind me.

After college, I moved straight into full-time employment with an independent insurance broker, working in the landlord’s department. As my first proper job, it was a huge learning experience, but after a year I realised it wasn’t the right long-term path for me. I wanted something more people-focused and dynamic.  Exactly what led me to Morton Reeves.

From the moment I applied and interviewed, I knew it was the environment I wanted to be in. Hearing about the role, the processes, and the team made everything click. Although I was slightly nervous on my first day, both Leigh and Paul were incredibly welcoming and supportive. I started by learning the core admin tasks, such as booking viewings and handling general enquiries.

Since then, my role has grown significantly. I now carry out viewings, complete inspections, and contribute to developing our social media platforms, which have been performing brilliantly so far.

Looking ahead, I hope to take on more viewings, continue building our online presence, and eventually manage my own portfolio, including valuations and more in-depth responsibilities. I know this will come with time, and I’m ready to be patient and committed.

Outside of work, I love travelling and have been fortunate to visit some incredible places, including Dubai, Jamaica, New York, and Florida. Experiencing different cultures is something I find truly fascinating, and I hope to continue exploring the world throughout my life. I also enjoy playing football with my mates—a great way to unwind, stay active, and have fun.
